These Terms and Conditions are the rules by which we trade and are specifically designed for both your protection and ours. We’ve tried to make them as simple as possible and to cut out any unnecessary jargon. In essence, we are obliged to supply you with the products that you order and you are obliged to pay us for them.
In all that follows, we are called THE COMPANY and you are called THE CUSTOMER.

Here’s comes the “not so small print”

The Company agrees to supply the Customer with goods as advertised on our Website Orders Page, our Minoxidil and Finasteride Website Priority Order Forms or E-mail Priority Order Form.
When completed and signed by the Customer, either the Website Priority Order Forms or E-mail Priority Order Form constitutes a legally binding Contract between the Customer and the Company.

The Company will be legally bound to supply any goods that are held in stock at our current advertised prices, which include postage to all U.K mainland destinations and Northern Ireland.

The Company will make every effort to ensure safe and speedy delivery to the Customer but cannot reasonably be held responsible for any delay incurred by third party delivery agents acting on the Company’s instructions.
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail, First Class Post and will need to be signed for upon receipt.

The Customer agrees to make full payment for all goods, which have been ordered in the approved manner, by completing the Minoxidil or Finasteride Website Priority Order Forms or E-mail Priority Order Form.

Payment must be made by cheque or money order, unless otherwise agreed. All cheques must be supported by a cheque guarantee card and any information relating to the cheque guarantee number and card expiry date must be made available to the Company for the purposes of guaranteeing payment.

Cheques not supported by a cheque guarantee card will be cleared before any order is despatched.

The Customer shall be liable for any recovery charges incurred by the Company as a consequence of securing payment in respect of a dishonoured cheque.

Refunds on orders correctly executed are at the discretion of the Company and shall be liable to a handling and postage charge. Any refund will be dependant on the goods being returned to the Company in a saleable condition.
The Customer shall pay any costs incurred by returning the goods to the Company.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
